Orange City Public Library Welcomes Visitors Back with Fresh Renovations

Volusia County's Orange City Public Library reopened Thursday, Feb. 27, several days ahead of schedule, following a series of renovations designed to enhance comfort and functionality for visitors. The library now features a new HVAC system for improved climate control, upgraded restrooms for greater accessibility, fresh paint to brighten the space, and new floor coverings for a refreshed look.
Patrons will also enjoy improved seating areas. The Youth Services section now boasts new furniture, creating a more inviting space for young readers, while the adult areas have been updated with repurposed furniture upholstered in modern fabrics, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment for visitors.
The Orange City Public Library, 148 Albertus Way, is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The branch is closed on weekends.
