Veterans Services Launches Online Appointment Scheduling

Volusia County Veterans Services has launched an online appointment scheduling system as part of the Volusia Values Veterans Program (V3P). Veterans can now book appointments at any of the county's four Veterans Services offices and choose the veterans service officer they'd like to meet with.

Appointments can be scheduled at www.volusia.gov/vetbook or by phone. Walk-ins are still welcome at all offices.

The system also lets veterans choose an in-person, telephone or virtual appointment. The upgrade makes Veterans Services more convenient to reach, improves scheduling efficiency and expands the ways veterans can connect with the benefits and assistance they have earned.

"This initiative reflects Volusia County's continued commitment through V3P to modernize services and make it easier for veterans and their families to access the resources available to them," said Veterans Services Director Scott Olson.

Veterans service officers help current and former members of the U.S. armed forces and their dependents prepare claims for compensation, pension, vocational training and other benefits. All offices are open from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at these locations:
