Volusia County Earns National Procurement Award

Volusia County's Purchasing and Contracts Division has received a 2026 Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award from the National Procurement Institute. The division has won the award 18 times since 2003.

Volusia County is one of 251 agencies in the United States and Canada – and one of only 54 counties – to receive the honor, which recognizes innovation, professionalism, productivity, leadership and e-procurement.

Led by Pam Wilsky, the Purchasing and Contracts Division is responsible for maximizing the purchasing value of public funds and safeguarding a procurement system built on quality and integrity.
