Vendor tables and sponsorship opportunities are now available!
Organizations, businesses, nonprofit groups, and government agencies are invited to participate in the 2026 Hurricane Expo by reserving a vendor table or becoming an event sponsor. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The link to register to become a vendor or sponsor is found at the bottom of this page.

About the Hurricane Expo
The Hurricane Expo is a free, family-friendly event focused on hurricane preparedness, education, and emergency readiness. Residents will be able to explore hurricane-related educational exhibits, learn practical steps to prepare for storms, and connect with organizations offering products and services that support storm readiness.
The Hurricane Expo is hosted by the Volusia County Organizations Active in Disasters (COAD) in partnership with Volusia County Emergency Management.

Vendor Tables
Organizations and businesses may reserve a 10 x 10 vendor space for $100, which includes one table and two chairs. Vendor space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No-cost participation:
Nonprofit organizations and government entities that provide hurricane-related preparedness or response services may participate at no cost, based on availability.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship opportunities are available for organizations interested in increasing visibility while supporting hurricane preparedness and community education.
Platinum Sponsor – $2,000
