Recovery efforts continue across Volusia County. Here’s the latest information on parks, boat ramps, and trails.

Coastal Parks

All coastal parks are open.

Inland Parks and Trails

The following parks and facilities have reopened:

  • Barkley Square Dog Park, DeLand
  • Candace R. Strawn/Lake Dias, DeLand
  • DeBary Hall Historic Site, DeBary
  • Ed Stone Park, DeLand 
  • Hope Place Play Yard, Daytona Beach
  • Osteen Civic Center, Osteen
  • River Breeze Park, Oak Hill 
  • Spring Hill Park, DeLand
  • Sylvester Bruten Park, DeLand

Boat Ramps

All boat ramps on the Halifax and Indian Rivers have reopened, along with these boat ramps on the St. Johns River:

  • Lake Monroe Park
  • Shell Harbor Park
  • Ed Stone Park
  • Blue Lake Boat Launch
  • Lemon Bluff Boat Launch

Other boat ramps along the St. Johns River remain closed due to high water and/or hazardous conditions.

Because of the high water, boaters are advised to drive at idle speed only with no wake on the St. Johns River.
