Community Assistance to Present Draft CAPER Report

Employees from Volusia County’s Community Assistance Division will discuss and accept comments on the County’s 2022-23 draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) at 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 11, in the county council chambers at the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand.
The draft report, which is available for review at www.volusia.org/reports, outlines the County’s 2022-23 activities, accomplishments, and expenditures for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program and Emergency Solutions Grant.
Residents are invited to attend and participate in the discussion. A registration link is posted on the website for residents who would like to attend virtually.
Residents may also provide comments on the draft report by contacting Eva Colee at ecolee@volusia.org or 386- 736-5955, ext. 15593, by Dec. 15. Relevant comments will be included in the final report, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by Dec. 29.
