Annual Action Plan

Volusia County Community Assistance will hold two public meetings to discuss the development of the FY 2026/27 Annual Action Plan that will describe the use of Community Development Block Grant, Home Investment Partnerships Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant funding.

The meetings are part of the planning process prior to creating an action plan that will summarize the activities planned for the year with entitlement funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to address community needs. The county is expected to receive $1,781,655 for the Community Development Block Grant program, $656,917 for the Home Investment Partnerships program, and $151,062 for the Emergency Solutions Grant program.
