Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

During the 2024/25 fiscal year, Volusia County utilized Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds to address priority needs and goals set forth in the Consolidated Plan. A draft CAPER outlining the expenditures, activities and accomplishments of the year has been completed and is available for public review and comment prior to submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Comments on the draft report will be accepted through December 15, 2025 and can be directed to Eva Colee at ecolee@volusia.org or (386) 736-5955 ext. 15593.

The draft will also be available at the following offices during regular business hours:

• Human Services Office, 1845 Holsonback Drive, Daytona Beach
