Grounds Use Permit

Grounds Use Permit – Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center & Historic Courthouse

Community groups and organizations may request use of the rotundas or surrounding grounds at the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center and the Historic Courthouse for events.

Please call 386-248-1760 to discuss your event plans.

A special event permit is required. Fees apply, and event insurance must be provided.

All requests are subject to review and approval by the Director of Facility Management.
