Monthly Patient Satisfaction Survey Results
As a measure of our excellence, quality, and commitment, Volusia County EMS collaborates with the Baldridge Group to obtain monthly patient engagement surveys. The Baldrige Group randomly surveys a sample size of about 50 to 75 patients per month.
