Community Land Trust Affinity Group
Community Land Trusts are an affordable housing tool used to ensure long-term affordability of housing by separating the lease of the land from the purchase of the home. The affinity group will review and make recommendations regarding the potential use of a Community Land Trust in Volusia County.
