Land Development Regulation Affinity Group
Land Development and Zoning regulations provide the framework for how counties and cities are imagined and designed. The Land Development Regulation Affinity group will review regulations that govern growth such as landscaping, setbacks, buffers, size, and location. The committee will make recommendations for generic comprehensive plan and land development/zoning code changes that can be used by the County of Volusia and its municipalities to support affordable housing options.
