Have you been:

• Denied admission to the Housing Choice Voucher Program?
• Terminated from Housing Choice Voucher Program assistance?

Are you a victim of:

• Domestic violence?
• Dating violence?
• Stalking?

It is unlawful to deny/terminate assistance based on the above factors!

If you believe your rights have been violated:

• Submit a certification of domestic violence, dating violence or stalking within 14 business days
• Submit a police report, restraining order, court recording of abuse, or certification of a licensed professional within 14 business days
• After your information is received, a member of the PHA staff will contact you to discuss the concerns you raise.

NOTE: If you feel that your termination or denial was a direct result of being a victim of domestic violence, dating violence or stalking, contact your caseworker immediately.
