Plan your next affair with a historical flair at DeBary Hall Historic Site. We offer a unique location, steeped in history and natural beauty, for meetings, weddings and family reunions.
Our renovated stable features a large meeting/banquet room that holds up to 100, a small breakout room, and a caterer's kitchen.
Group tours are available featuring the Imagidome Theater and Victorian House during operating hours.
Rental policies
Time of rental includes set up time. Maximum capacity is 100 persons and is for rental facility only. Tour admission is additional and available during operating hours.
*Volusia County's Parks, Recreation and Culture Division has the authority to waive fees for nonprofit organizations, charitable organizations, and events sponsored or co-sponsored by the County of Volusia. Please ask for waiver forms, policies and procedures before reserving DeBary Hall Historic Site.
Insurance/additional insured
Consistent with the Vendor/Coordinator’s indemnification obligations, the Vendor/Coordinator agrees to obtain and maintain, at its own expense, those minimum insurance policies and coverages as set forth below and further agrees to include the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida, DeBary Hall, Friends of DeBary Hall, and the County as additional insureds on all liability policies required (excluding professional liability insurance policies a/k/a errors and omissions). Furthermore, all insurance provided shall be primary and non-contributory with any valid and collectible insurance available to the county. The Vendor/Coordinator shall carry the following types and amounts of insurance with limits no less than those shown below and in the form and from companies satisfactory to the county.

- $1 million products/completed operations aggregate
- $1 million personal/advertising injury
Automobile Liability (Any Auto)*
- $1 million combined single limit
Retail Liquor Liability Policy*
- $1 million each occurrence
- $2 million aggregate
*The Vendor/Coordinator must add the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida, DeBary Hall, Friends of DeBary Hall, and the county as an additional insured to the policy. The policy shall also include a waiver of subrogation in favor of the county.
