Gemini Spring Conservation Area was acquired from the St. Johns River Management District in March of 2017.  The property consists of 48% upland and 52% wetland and open water.  The water bodies that are located within or touching the property are Mullet Lake, DeBary Creek, Borrow Pond, Lake Monroe and the St. Johns River.  Numerous wildlife species can be observed on site.

Volusia County Land Management Division is responsible for the resource management of this conservation area.
