Billie Wheeler is the District 2 representative on the Volusia County Council. District 2 includes Ponce Inlet, Wilbur-by-the-Sea, Daytona Beach Shores, Daytona, South Daytona, Port Orange and parts of unincorporated Volusia County. She began a four-year term in January 2017 and was re-elected to a two-year term in November 2020.
