Sharon Fithian is a mixed-media artist who often uses found items in her artwork. She has completed a series focusing on the St. Johns River and Lost Florida Landscapes. 

“Green Springs” is an oil on canvas painting of the beautiful spring near Lake Monroe. The piece shows the lush beauty of the natural sulfur spring, home to one of the county’s newest and most unique parks.
