The DeBary Public Library is part of the Volusia County Public Library system. When this full-service library was opened in 1998, the Volusia County Council commissioned a cold cast bronze relief to adorn the entry.
The library is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, and 9:30 to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
