The Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center houses Volusia County offices in historic downtown DeLand. The building includes the County Council Chambers and offices for the County Council, County Manager, Volusia County Sheriff, Property Appraiser, Legal Services, Financial and Administrative Services, Human Services, Growth and Resource Management, and Pubilic Works. It’s open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
