Yuri Ivanenko

A native of Russia, Yuri Ivanenko holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in fine arts from the State Art Academy in St. Petersburg.

Since 1983, he has participated in regional and international exhibitions. His paintings are in many private collections in Russia, the United States, Germany, England and Switzerland. He has lived in Florida since 1996. 

Ivanenko’s professional experience includes large-scale murals, portraits, sculptures and digital compositions. He paints in the classic style and prefers representational art to the abstract. His work tells a story and usually incorporates people in highly realistic paintings. His sculptures often include elements of whimsy and fantasy. His captivating style invites the viewer to participate in the artwork’s style.
