Commercial Fisherman

To obtain a Commercial Fisherman License, you must first complete the HCP Certification through the Environmental Division. Information on HCP Training can be found below. HCP Certification is good for five years.

Once HCP training has been competed, bring your completed Commercial Fishing Permit Application (see below),  Driver’s License, Vehicle Registration, HCP Card and Saltwater Permit to Beach Headquarters M-F 8am-5pm to obtain your Commercial Fishing Placard. You must display the placard in your vehicles windshield while on the beach.
