Reserving Pavilions

To reserve pavilions at the parks listed below, click the Rent Now button.

Groups with 50 or greater attendees who are visiting Lighthouse Point Park, Mary McLeod Bethune Park, or Smyrna Dunes Park must obtain a Special Event Permit.  Please complete this application and email it to RecProCoastal@volusia.org.  There is a $25 application fee in addition to the pavilion rental and the group may also be required to provide insurance.

Dahlia Park: 3621 South Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach (Pavilion map) Two small pavilions
Frank Rendon Park: 2655 S. Atlantic Av, Daytona Beach Shores (Pavilion map)  Two small pavilions - each with two (2) picnic tables	Currently Unavailable
Lighthouse Point Park: 5000 S. Atlantic Av, Ponce Inlet (Pavilion map) Four large pavilions - Office pavilion has six (6) picnic tables, pavilions #5 - #7 each have four (4) picnic tables
Mary McLeod Bethune Park: 6656 S. Atlantic Av, New Smyrna Beach (Pavilion map)   Five large pavilions - #1, #2 and #5 each have four (4) picnic tables, pavilion #4 has five (5) tables and #3 has nine (9) picnic tables.
Sun Splash Park: 611 S. Atlantic Av, Daytona Beach   (Pavilion map)   Three small pavilions - each with one (1) picnic table
Tom Renick Park: 1565 Ocean Shore Blvd, Ormond by the Sea (Pavilion map)  Three small pavilions - each with two (2) picnic tables

If you are renting a pavilion for a tax exempt organization, please create an account using the "Rent Now" button, then call 386-248-8040 for assistance.

Pavilion reservations do not guarantee parking space availability.

Electricity is not available at the Coastal or Inlet parks.

Pavilion rentals at Lighthouse Point Park do not include Inlet Park entrance fees. Pavilion rentals at other Coastal parks do not include the required $20 daily off-beach parking fee. Volusia County residents can park for free if they register their vehicles online at parkvolusia.org or in-person at one of two ParkVolusia offices located at:

Pavilion rentals are not available over the Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day holidays and are listed below for 2026 

• Easter: April 3rd  through April 5th
• Mother’s Day: May 8th trhough May 10th.
• Memorial Day: May 22nd through May 25th
• July 4th: July 3rd through July 5th
• Labor Day: September 4th through September 7th
