FY19 Annual Report

Please contact the manager for minutes prior to the most recently completed fiscal year.

The CSBG Reauthorization Act of 1998 requires that the CSBG program be administered through a tripartite board. The Human Services Advisory Board (HSAB) is the designated board that must fully participate in the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of the program to serve low-income communities.

The board is constituted to ensure that one-third of the members are elected public officials; at least one-third are chosen in accordance with democratic selection procedures adequate to ensure that these members are representatives of low-income individuals and families in the neighborhood served; and the remainder of the members are officials or members of business, industry, labor, religious organizations, law enforcement, education, or other major groups and interests in the community served.
