Permit Plan Reviews

Fees may vary for your specific plans and location.  This is not a listing of all fees, but the following describes most of those that may be applied.  If your project is within a city boundary, you will obtain the applications from the municipal building department and you will need to register for the county impact fees.

Commercial completion fees for stormwater 
These fees are assessed for your project by Development Engineering based on square footage of impervious surface and do not appear on the permit until the permit is ready for certificate of occupancy.
