Planning and Development Customer Service
The Planning and Development Services (PDS) Customer Service team serves as the primary point of contact for planning, zoning and land development inquiries in unincorporated Volusia County. This team provides intake, guidance, and case coordination to help customers navigate County development processes accurately and efficiently.
To better serve our citizens, the Land Development and Zoning offices have been combined into one seamless customer service team. Our integrated approach means you'll get the right answers faster. The Customer Service team assists with:

Application processing and tracking for Planning and Land Development Regulation Commission projects
