Affordable Housing Advisory Committee - Public Hearing

Members will meet in the Volusia County Council Chambers, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand, to review the local housing incentive strategies report. 

The committee's mission is to review the established policies and procedures, ordinances, land development regulations, and adopted local government comprehensive plan of Volusia County and to recommend specific actions or initiatives to encourage affordable housing while protecting the ability of the property to appreciate, and other affordable housing issues as directed.
