βOn average, we only have about 1% of old-growth forests remaining in the Eastern U.S., and about 5% left in the West. It is up to each and every one of us that cares about forests to do our part in preserving what is left. We encourage you to stay connected with us, share your story with us, and be an active member of the Old-Growth Forest Network community.β
