Fee Schedules

Beginning Tuesday, January 5, 2021, in-person cash or check payments will only be accepted by the Volusia County Treasury and Billing Division, which is located in the Historic Courthouse at 125 W. New York Ave., Room 120, DeLand. Payments will still be accepted online using the Connect Live web portal or by credit card in the Planning & Development Services Division, which is located at 123 W. Indiana Ave., Room 202, DeLand. Applicable fees may apply.

The fee schedule for Land Development applications and Planning and Zoning applications are combined to the Planning and Development Services Fee Schedule - Effective October 1, 2025.
