Opioid Abatement Funding Program Application
Volusia County's Community Assistance Division will conduct funding application registration beginning on August 14, 2026, through September 21, 2026, and will accept applications from August 21, 2026 to September 21, 2026, at 5:00pm.
How to Register
Applicants seeking Opioid Abatement Funding must register for the Application Portal by completing and submitting the Opioid Program Applicant Contact Information Form to Opioid Program Manager Alex Fox via email (mfox@volusia.gov).
On August 21, 2026, applicants who have completed registration will be granted access to the grant management portal via a link emailed to the contact identified on the contact form.
Required Documentation
Prior to completing registration, applicants should review the current eligibility guidelines and required documentation. In addition to the electronic application and budget form, applicants must submit the following required documentation:

Agency's most recent Independent Financial Audit Report

Auditor's Management Letter, if applicable

Agency's response to Management Letter for corrective action, if required

Current financial balance sheet

Current profit and loss statement

IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, if applicable

Most recently filed IRS 990, if applicable

Portal Access
After receiving the password reset email indicating the user account has been created, applicants must follow the link within 72 hours and create a new password. When the password is reset, applicants can use the following link and credentials to log into the application portal.
